RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 15 days of purchase. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors, and have all original tags attached.

Sale, clearance, discounted, promotional, and special-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Favorite Sisters Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements of this policy.
